Needing advice on a headlight problem I'm having. My driver side lens has accumulated quite a lot of moisture inside of it. Not sure why other than its not sealed any longer. As a result of this, my low-beam is no longer working.

The other side lens could use replacement because it looks to be severely yellowed and foggy. (it almost looks like the previous owner used something too harsh on it and it ate the plastic)

The only problem I'm running into is funds are low.I would be okay paying around 100+/-

    Any advise is welcomed.
