How many of you have these shorty or long tube headers on your trucks? Some of our FJ colleagues are having problems with p2441 codes following installation of the shorties, (cut/weld on stock cats). This is a specific air injection code. Trying to see if there are others with these headers out there. JBA says out of 35+ headers with air injection tubes sold, only two shorty sets have had issues which they say is due to extra flashing in the air tubes.

I'm interested in a set of 304 stainless long tube headers. The entire headers including the collector, flanges, tubing are 100% 304 stainless. The TRD headers for the 3rd gen 3.4L were made of the same material. Needless to say, the set on my 2000 sport edition never rusted and performed flawlessly.

Trying to see if any of you have or know someone that has these headers, (shorty or long tubes), on their trucks. Would like to know if these are causing the same problems the FJ guys are encountering, and whether it's even an issue on the long tubes.

I was about to get some JBA long tubes, I guess I'll try something different.
