Yes, that's what it's for, pedestrian safety.

Something else, that chrome grill is similar to the chrome grills found on the higher end RAM trucks..

The TRD Sport and Limited will be the top models in Canada, as they are on the current Tacoma. Can't wait to get the new Tacoma.

The purpose of that bumper is two fold. It lessens the impact of the pedestrian while simultaneously providing them with a place to lie down while you transport them to the nearest hospital. Uber ambulance Tacoma.

Not too keen on 0w20. We've been seeing a trend with newer, higher mileage vehicles showing oil consumption issues. Most notable would be the Prius, often times hardly registering oil on the dipstick when coming in for a regular service. Never was much of an issue when running 5w20/30...

This is why I still run 5w-30 in my 4 cyl, which is what it was intended to run (according to owners manual) despite Toyota's TSB saying it is 'approved' for 0w-20. Newer Subarus are apparently having oil consumption issues too, and many blame the switch to 0w-20. Probably more than this one factor, but I agree with your statement.

My brother's 2012 Accord 4-cylinder runs 0w-20. I change the oil for him all the time and it doesn't burn the oil so not all cars have issues with running 0w-20.

No doubt, I dont think it is bad to use 0w-20, and I dont think it makes all vehicles use oil across the board. I havent heard of any issues with the 2TR using oil on 0w-20, despite the fact that the engine was designed with the use of 5w-30 in mind. I guess I was just pointing out that my owners manual says 5w-30, so that's what I plan to stick with.

Our civic doesn't burn oil with 0-20. If I were to put it in my 12 year old sentra, I assume it would all leak out. It registers low after a few weeks with the 10-40 I use in the summer time

The interior is about the only thing that I like about the new Tacoma. But why have that big orange trim ring?

Agreed but add to that the piano black headunit that looks aftermarket. Does not match the rest of the dash.
