Will the fuel line that goes from engine to filter fit on a v6? Mine is almost broken because the guy before me must have never changed the fuel filter and it was stuck. Long story short I cranked it and twisted the fuel line. It barely goes in without leaking now.

the fuel line on the v6 is a bigger size and its also different shape and length so no you "shouldn't" try it but I suppose you could figure out a way to "make" it work with fitting adapters and a little effort but then you would no longer have an inline fuel filter because the 4 cylinders have theirs mounted on the engine, not under the truck.

buy a new one or get one from a salvage yard or in the for sale section from someone parting out a truck

Cool thanks. From what I've found I think the part will be about 50 bucks so that's going to go on my list and I'll just keep an eye on it and make sure its it leaking.

compare the price at this site: http://www.toyotaonlineparts.com/

I find they often can blow other dealers prices away with their low prices and low shipping costs

you need to search there with the part number, if need be, call a nearby dealer and ask for the part number for that line. I think thisis what you need to do because I couldn't find anything that shows it. I think it is called the "PIPE SUB-ASSY FUEL"

also check here as well, it often can give you just about any part number you need but you need to call the part by the right name which is tricky some times when the parts have funny names for them. http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/q.html
