Hey Guys. A good handful of you know who we are and what we do... For those who either have or considered the 3VP series lighting, some asked if we would ever produce a cased version...

Well, the time is drawing closer to reality. We have a design and the first case prototypes have been ordered for such an animal. The circuit has been designed but, is yet to be 100% proven (real-world).

That in mind, we are curious how many of you would think about supporting us on Kickstarter.com if we decided to launch the project there. Nothing has been finalized with respect to that however, we are aware that such a project will require a sizeable chunk of coin to do properly. Those of you that know us, also know we stand heavily in the quality and customer service sides of business.

To those that have no idea who we are, or what we do... Shame on you! You call yourself a Tacoma Owner! Just kidding. But once you do own something we make, you'll understand.

More details: This project, yet to be named publically (Patent and Trademark issues / research) is simply a completely enclosed, battery-operated, dual-LED light (5050 LEDs) that operates in two modes;

Mode 1: When tilted, it comes on via a provisionally patented switch that we designed.
Mode 2: Magnetic Proximity (exactly as the 3VP magnetic proximity when mounted vertically).

Other / future operational modes are in the works (touch ON / touch OFF etc.)

There is another feature but, we aren't releasing that tidbit just yet.

Cost: We expect the unit to price in under $40 once things get rolling. (Best guess at this time.)

Goal for release: Christmas 2015

IF we do follow the Kickstarter.com path, a likely reward would include a deeply discounted unit, a free unit, or some TBD reward pending your funding level. ALL TBD at this time.

Notes: This will NOT be a direct replacement to the 3VP as originally conceived despite using the 3VPs magnetic mounting plate.

If you have specific questions, please PM. I will not divulge critical information publically at this time. We are too deep into the protection of the internal designs but, please know, we think it's going to work really well.
