I have a 2012 regular cab, it seems i can only find info on acess cab or double cab lifts. looking for recommendations on lifts...3 inch, or 4 inch...brands ( OME, Toytec, etc.) and im not sure if i will have driveline issues it being a reg. cab with shorter rear driveshaft. Any help and input would be appreciated.

Hey! I use to have an 07 RC.

I had ARB, full armor etc., and this is what I had:

886 and the (old) OME n140s shocks
Custom rear Alcans for a 4'' lift and 500 lbs of constant cargo
    10'' Bilstein 5150 (don't make them anymore)

It was great, except I had a driveline vibe when I was at highway speed and coasting. Toyota RC's Driveshaft's should have a double-cardan at the transmission, but it doesn't.

I would recommend OME all day. That truck ran great and I just lived with the vibe- it didn't bother me. I had the suspension on the truck for 70k before I sold it (w/ 100k miles).

Any bolt on lift will work fine, if you get vibrations flip the driveshaft around and you'll be gravy.

If you still have issues you can always cannibalize a first gen driveshaft.
