Gen 2 4x4 spindles with total chaos heavy duty gussets( the ones that retain the sway bar). Professionally welded in a shop by a certified welder. Perfect for someone looking to beef up their spindles without the downtime.

Price is $200 plus your core, that includes the total chaos version 2 sway bar gusset kit and welding for a pair of spindles.

Your core spindles being returned must be straight and free from anything more than a little surface rust. I am willing to ship spindles prior to receiving your cores but a refundable core deposit is required. I need your spindles within 30 days of receiving a set of my gusseted spindles.

I am located in Santa Clarita California. Shipping is extra. For a shipping quote include you zip code when messaging me. You can also hit me up with any other welding you require

Tc spindle gusset kits are designed to be used with uniball upper control arms. They will work with some ball joint uca’s but in some circumstances they will require use of different nuts. Luckily @The Schwartz has found some thinner nuts sold by fastnel that will allow use of tc gusset kits with ball joint uca’s.

I've got that one thing, and that other one thing, oh yeah and that other other one thing.
Interested, just don't know if it would get to you in a week seeing that USPS likes to take its time getting out/in for military post.

So far I have not been able to find a cheap set of spindles to use as a core. Best I've found so far is $250 for a pair, but i have a few other places I will look into for cores. I will keep you guys updated

I have no problem stretching my time frame out for anyone member of our armed services with shipping issues such as yours. I appreciate your service to our country. Thank you

Just a suggestion, to get the ball rolling you could mail out the set you have once you receive a core deposit. That person receives the spindles, installs them, mails you there stock spindles, and you refund their core charge.

Don't pay factory price for spindles, they pop up on this forum all the time when guys go to spindle lifts and sell their factory spindles.

Thats my plan. I may need to better word my original post to convey that message

The $250 is actually from a dismantler. Factory pricing is $300 a piece minus my 25% shop discount. I only threw those numbers put cause a few members were looking for spindles without a core for exchange

Thanks for your advice, I'm always welcome to other members suggestions

    Sounds good Seth.

Thanks for the link to the 2x4 spindles. I've actually sourced a pair of 2x4 spindles. Just waiting for the reply so I can go pick them up

@b.prall prerunner spindles will be the same price if you want them with the sway bar friendly gussets. $20 cheaper with the non-swaybar version of the gussets

Whats the difference from the 2x4 and 4x4 spindle. Can these be used on 2x4?

If you already have set ready you can swing them by the shop and I'll weld the gussets on them while you wait or while you grab some food. Won't take longer than an hour

2x4 spindles are the same! 05+ Just have to re-install the dust seal from your spindles.

Thanks for the clarification. I know the gussets are the same, but I had previously only worked with the 4x4 spindles

I may be down for this. I got word the other day that TC is making fully fabricated 4X4 spindles so I may front the money to get those instead, but in the event that they actually are not, I'm going to be going with these. I'm watching you OP. Always watching! :D
