a lot of people have the steelies widened which works.. but its pricey to have that fabrication done.. they look AWESOME though.. especially making the rears wider than the fronts.. but yah.. i'm torn still!

i could see that being exspensive.i guess what i ment was find wheels off like a super bee or something same lug patern but wider and maybe a different offset.i know finding that could be abit tough but maybe a solution to keeping that classic look.

OH and thats usually an excellent solution, but these years came with a super rare lug pattern (5x4 instead of 5x4.5 like everything else) so you have to find the vintage versions of the craigars if you want them to be affordable basically.. but yes, thanks for the input.. and if you find a set, lemme know!:D:D

It takes a Mopar guy to appreciate the Dog Dishes. So a Mopar guy would never put those chrome rims on there. But if it was me, I would put some Rallies....short and sweet. my .02

Yup. thats why i did it originally (had full hubcaps and black rims when i started) but, the chrome rims were stock on the 1965 "Dart Charger" (a rare model of my car) so, it is something they did back in the day. heres a pic of one of the dart chargers:

They only came in yellow, with those rims.. they had my engine in them and a 4 speed tranny with hurst shifter from the factory. Its where the name "charger" came from actually.. 1966 was the first dodge charger..

anyway.. theres lesson no one asked for :D
