I have a 30" LED bar mounted on my crush boxes, I am tempted to buy a 50" Curved LED bar for my roof (only reason I haven't yet is drilling holes for the mounts for my access cab).

I have been looking around everywhere for a premarital kit that can handle and is wired for 2 large LED bars. So far I have found only 1 on Amazon and read the wiring is 18 gauge, which is clearly not enough. So I am debating making a harness, anyone have any opinions or maybe even know of someone that makes these harmesses? I want them to both turn on and off with the same switch.

I have found this wiring harness that has 14 gauge wire, any idea if this would be enough to handled a 50" and 30" bar?

I just completed something similar, only instead I have 4 hella 500ff off road lights. (2 set of lamps are using 100wattbbulbs, other set is using 55 watt ~ 300 watts total.) I used 14 gauge and each set has its own relay. However the relays are daisy chained to one toggle switch. So when the switch is activated all 4 lights are on. I d imagine it's similar with the two led bars.

IMO you are better off using 2 switches, reason being is for amperage. The more amps, the bigger the wire. If the 50" pulls 30 amps and the 30 pulls 10 that's 40 amps which means at least a #10 wire. You could daisy chain the wiring from light to light then to your relay which would be your best bet.
