Between my Maxtracs and King coilovers I'm sitting at about 5" lift up front. I'm 5'10" and the bolster of my seat is wearing noticeably. I'm thinking about Katzkins in the near future but I think I may have to do some N-Fab steps at the same time to keep the leather from wearing the same way.

Another benefit of the steps is washing the top of the cab.

i actually bought a small step ladder for washing the top of the cab lol but couldnt you just hop in the bed? i really like the clean look without step bars, and ive seen the amp research power step bars but those are outrageoulsly priced...but nice

I took off the lumbar adjustment knob because I noticed my seat was wearing from being pushed down in to the knob. That might be useful for you as well.

hmm, haven't thought about that. I've noticed mine is wearing out where it rubs against this knob as well. Something I'll have to look into for sure.

All the step bars on my Ram ever did was get my pant legs dirty when I hopped out.

Sliders = best side protection from idiots opening doors next to your truck. Also my gf is 4'9" and she uses them as a step to climb in.

There's some nerf bars that don't look to bad out there. Have to admit running boards are not to my taste and at 6'4" I don't need them. My wife is 5'3" and I am looking at getting a pair of nerf bars for mine.

I have some of the nfabs and love them. Easier to clean the windshield and the roof. Im only 5'6 too (thanks mom) so I use them occasionally when I feel too lazy to climb all the way in
