Soon enough! The ones that I will be making for sale will be much better than the one on my truck. It's just a matter of waiting for parts to become available that will allow me to make them.

Still no updates on the latest parts that have already been teased. The necessary parts for the printer have not yet become available.

But here's one more teaser that I already have everything necessary to make. I may mess around with the design some more but I'm really excited with how it's turning out already. I should have the initial prototype finished and on my truck by next week!

Definitely interested in the TRD emblem! I'll be all over it if I can get one in silver to match my truck!

That is so sick! Man, looks like I need to get a mesh grill now. Any options for the OEM style grille??

I haven't posted here in a while, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working toward releasing some of these things. I'm still improving my manufacturing methods and designs for all of the products mentioned in this thread so far. Some upcoming improvements to my post-processing techniques for smoothing 3d printed parts will help the more simple products come closer to production. Since the 2016 Tacomas are starting to hit the dealerships, I thought now would be a good time to announce that I have big plans for them, as well. This type of work is a slow start without having much capital to work with, but I'm building knowledge and connections in the manufacturing industry that will definitely help Fyntünd Designs grow and products like the ones shown to market.

Here is a picture of the new post-processing machine that I designed and will be building within the next couple weeks. It is a rotary tumbler that will be powered by an AC motor. All of the red parts will be 3d printed, and the rest will be sourced through McMaster-Carr and 80/20 inc. This will allow me to smooth the ridges from my 3d printed parts, which will improve the quality and allow for them to be produced in a much more feasible fashion. This will specifically enable the production of custom emblems, badges, and switch / accessory panel holders that have been shown in this thread already.

    NUDES_zpsxxwscley_baa1dc5d08af83f3854c53d67ea21badcd805f34.jpg

I also have very big plans for producing Satoshi / Raptor style grills for the 2012-2015 and 2016+ Tacomas. The lighted lettering is still on my list, and so are some very exciting headlight retrofit options. I have contacts that I will hopefully begin working with to manufacture and produce some high-end, modular outlander-type camping accessories for all off road vehicles, and I intend to explore options in off-road armor bumpers and components for Tacomas specifically. I'll also be changing the way we think about light bars, but that's a story for another day .

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Damn Shane, you have some exciting stuff in the works! Good forward thinking on your part, I have no doubt you will quickly make your money back on your 3D printer and supplies.

...and Fyntünd Designs, I like it!

I can make it pretty much any size. Pm me for pricing. Will be starting a thread for custom emblems / badges pretty soon here.
