apologies for my rookieness. I was in pricing the bilstein shocks for front and back. Is this all I will need for my lift? Why do I see a lot of people say in there profile there running the bilstein with the OME? What does that mean? I plane on running 265/70/17 per 275/70/17's not sure yet. I want my truck to sit true. No sagging in front or back.
