im sure this has been asked before but are what are some nice projector style headlights out there? Looking for the whole headlight that I can just plug in and go. Don't have a lot of time right now to do it myself with the stock lights.

Inwant something that will have good projection/light and not look like a cheap light. Any info helps. Thanks.

All aftermarket projector headlights are halogen projectors. If you're planning to put HIDs in them, they will not have good projection.

Yep. Do not get aftermarket ones. Junk. Only option would be a retrofit. There are guys and/companies out there that will sell you a completed set, but it'll be pricey. Probly around $400 range i think depending on what you want... Then sell your stock ones or keep as a backup.

What is your objective? I personally always go function over form. If you want more light (more function), I would recommend a standalone headlight harness and running Orsam 85w/80w bulbs which produce 2400 lumens. Drastically higher than HIDs and stock wattage bulbs, while also maintaining the correct factory optics and full color spectrum. Many aftermarket lights do not correctly engineer the optics, and the end result is poor beam pattern and poor light output. If the parts are not CAPA certified, they do not meet the OEM spec. The only exception I'd make is going to E-code european standard, but we are not lucky enough to have the option in the 2nd gens.

Thanks for the replies. I have since done some research and yes I agree all the after markets are crap. Wow. I just don't have the time to do the retrofit and paint and all that. Can I buy them all done from someone on here? There must be someone doing them??

Well LSC15 does first gen lights, but he's done others before. Might ask him if he'd do yours.
