Looking for a used Techoma - need advice

    Hello my name is Eric and i live in NE Ohio. After 10 years of being stuck with a honda civic and a Corolla I am finally getting back into a truck and would like some advice.

    Here is my dilemma... I only have approx $6000 max to work with and all the trucks I find in that price range are Y2K and older. With the recall Toyota had for their frames rusting out are any of the 95.5 through 2000 trucks worth looking at?
