Should fit fine, might rub a little because the tires are slightly larger than stock. Put 'em on and you can trim/beat the pinch weld if they rub.

Ah great thanks! could i add a 10mm spacer or is there not enough stud?

i was planning on waiting to put them on till i get 5100s or the Rough Country 2.5" lift, just can't decide which one.

If you use a spacer plate (one that goes over the wheel studs) you need to replace your studs with longer ones, you won't get enough engagement with the lug nuts otherwise. The other option is to run 1.25" or larger spacers like Spidertrax, which have their own studs.

Never had either of those suspension components, so I can't help you there.
