First of all, this review is completely unbiased, I just thought I would share my experience with them.
Mercury is a Car audio supplier who is avid im many EMMA championships, holding countless titles across the world, this year they have been crowned champions in EMMA Thailand, if you check out their facebook page you'll see the outstanding work they can perform in their custom builds that they enter into competitions. I'll quit talking about it and you can see it for yourself.
The Mercury MGR amps are in the Revolutionary Series, which is the lowest rung on the ladder of products produced by Mercury, but don't discredit them for they are high end amplifiers. They come in a fully aluminum case and might I add a beautiful instruction manual that has clear concise instructions that make installation so easy a a caveman could do it.

    MGR-495
    RMS
    80 Watts @ 4 Ohms
    120 Watts @ 2 Ohms.
    Freq. response: 20Hz-40kHz
    S/N Ratio >95dB
    Dampening Factor: 200
    THD: 0.08%
    Voltage Input: 200mV-5V
Currently being ran as passive, but has option to be ran as active crossover

The rear tuning options consist of a high pass filter(50Hz-1kHz) , low pass filter(50Hz-500Hz) , and gain. You can also choose the crossover type by a switch(highpass/full/lowpass) there is also a bass boost switch (0dB/6dB/12dB)
The front tuning options are basically the same except there is no bass boost, the crossover option consists of either HPF or full, and there is no LPF dial.

    MGR-1200
    Bridgeable Switch (Master/Slave)
2 separate RCA IN's for bridging
Remote included for Bass Boost, connected through what looks like 13ft of phone cable.
    450 Watts @ 4 Ohm
    750 Watts @ 2 Ohm
    1200 Watts @ 1 Ohm
    Freq Response: 10Hz ~ 2500 kHz
    S/N Ratio >85dB
    Damping Factor: 200
    THD:0.08%
    Voltage input: 200mV-5V
tuning options consist of Gain, Sub Sonic (10Hz-50Hz), Bass Boost(0dB-16dB), Boost Frequency(40Hz-100Hz), LPF(50Hz-250Hz), and Phase (0-180 degrees)

Something I wish the amps would have come with was instructions on how to tune them, but that is my only complaint.

    Mercury K62's
These are in the second highest rung of the ladder, Kristal Series. This is a 2-way speaker system (tweeter/woofer)
Woofer 6.5" paper cone, Aluminum casing phase plug
    Soft dome tweeter 28mm
    Neodymium Magnet
    Aluminum die-cast basket
    Impedance: 4 ohms
    Sensitivety 91dB
    Rated power 90watts
    Freq; response: 55Hz25 KHz
Their frequency charts can be found here: http://mercurycaraudio.com/PSD55448-ProductServiceDetail-mercury_k_62.html

I'm hearing things in my music ive never heard before, high cymbals, little background noise that wasn't there before, the highs are nice and bright and the woofer/midrange work excellent in their range. They came in a nicely packaged box with instructions and excellent tips, theyre so good looking I actually felt ashamed I had to cover them up with the door panel.

    Shok Industries Triton 8"
    Specifications:
    TR8D4
    2x 40 oz magnet
High temperate 2" round wire coil
    400w rms
    fs:46.764hz
    qms:3.514
    qes:0.508
    qts:0.444
    SPL: 85dB
    VAS:0.32 cubic feet
    xmas:15mm
    mounting depth: 121mm
    Reccomended enclosure size:
    sealed 0.6 cubic ft
    ported 0.9 cubic ft @ 43Hz

I was overly impressed by the build of these bad boys, they have a sturdy suspension. They deliver a tight, punchy bass that isn't too overbearing, these are SQL subs so don't expect any "blur your vision competition" SPL, although I have yet to play any bass heavy songs yet :D this is the best bang for your available airspace in the rear wall area, especially if you install 2.

Right now, mine are in a small box and tuned for 35Hz (1.351 cubic ft) when the largest box you can fit behind the seats is (1.88cubic ft - .2 for subs - .1 for brace = 1.58 cubic ft) so YMMV if you decide to build a bigger box than mine (In my build if your interested)
