Appreciate the response, and please don't take it as being ungrateful. I think a big reason for the concern was that Brad had stated the next group of 27 kits were all boxed up and only needed shipping labels. Due to time constraints they would be shipped out this last Tuesday the 23rd when he returned from visiting family.

And that was the last we heard until now, no biggie either way. It's just good for all involved to be kept in the loop of the situation, and think it was only the ones who have already paid in the group of 27 that have asked about things.

    Thanks again

So is there an updated time on when those of us who paid already will have their orders shipped?

Was originally said they were sitting in a box awaiting only a shipping label and later stated they were being built as fast as possible to get them out.

For me it's becoming a matter of customer service over product. Starting to sound like we were asked to pay in advance for the marerials to build them.

I have no qualms with that when stated up front rather than told they're shipping nearly two weeks ago come Monday.

If my questioning is offensive I will gladly take a refund and spend my money elsewhere allowing someone else to jump ahead in line. I apologize if this is coming off as curt, but my money was taken on the premise the order was ready to ship.

    I lost track...
I haven't received mine yet or a tracking number, paid for with the others on the previous batch high up on the list and some have received theirs already. I don't have a problem with waiting but would like to know where it's at if shipped so I don't have to throw a fit with USPS again.

I have no problem waiting on my kit being that it's 114 degrees here in Yuma Az lol just wanna keep updated on the current status so I can plan according.

I have read that Brad has a pretty full plate and I respect all the hard work puts into making these bad ass lights so I will continue my holding pattern awaiting arrival.

    Okay. Wow. Where to start!?
As this thread goes on and new customers subscribe, the memory of how this has started/where we came from and our build up becomes faint memories only known by our veteran customers. To the new customers you may only see a company called ANTI-DARK selling lighting kits through TW, but that company is taking forever to produce or send out. The thing is Anti-Dark is a company because of TW, a result of the demand from TW members. While a promised product is still a promise, Anti-Dark is only a two-man show and personally I have been struggling to keep this up.
I use to come here to check the B/S/T, research new mods, build threads, etc. Now I come here to answer PM's, conduct orders, answer questions, and sometimes when i'm feeling a little down I just go straight to the GIF's thread for a laugh. I have long since seen the TW I used to stay up all night perusing, spending hours inquiring and researching reviews on new mods and shit to lighten up my wallet.
Anti-Dark is my baby, it wouldn't be alive without without Shane and his unbeatable craftsmanship/insight, and most of all supportive TW members like you. But to be brutally and unprofessionally honest, its taking a real toll trying to keep this up. If you're new to this thread, I know it's a lot to hear but the process of getting these out isn't so simple. It takes a little while with a lot of tedious work in many areas; each batch I encounter set-backs.
I took three classes this last semester and passed 1... one. I know why, and I had a hard time admitting it to my dad but f#$% I wanted to do this more. I also felt like I had an obligation to you all, but I also did not want to give up school either. Terribly torn between paths here....
After two weeks off for a music festival/ Moab, my phone and TW inbox has grown like the hair on my face, longest it's ever been.
I have a LOT of people to get to, and im working as hard as I can without ruining my primary job (which if you've been following you'd know I was putting to the test trying to keep this up.)

After I sent out the payment instructions for 27 kits last week, 31 people paid. It wasn't until I ran close to the last kits that I noticed I was about to run out before reaching all names. A closer look and I realized a couple late bloomers had paid old invoices, and I had already dropped off their kits. I've gotten out all 27 stocked kits as of Tuesday, minus the basic kits, and there are 2 PRO kits left to ship. Im out until I meet up with Shane (which is happening friday, today).
Another problem that caused me a set back with this is that some of you chose in the payment options to pay as a gift instead of for "goods or services."
What this does is not allow me the option of creating you a shipping label through Paypal, effectively taking away a process that saves me a load of time, and automatically gives you a tracking number when I ship the kit.
Im not complaining at all, this whole thing has been trial and error, but the more of these kits we put out, the better we get at avoiding future problems. I could have informed you all better and I do formally apologize for that. While trying to address these problems I also reached a point where the fun of this was dwindling down to an all-time low, trying to pull myself together at the end of a long work day to address everyone personally was so tiring I've fallen asleep at my computer multiple times. Im realizing that part of the reason for all this is I haven't been taking the time to address my own problems and get them in order before taking care of Anti-Dark's. Also I think another big factor is when I try to send out more than 10 kits at a time so Im going to try and switch it up a bit.
Im going to try 10 kits at a time, which should also allow me to carefully observe if any "late bloomers" pay so their won't be a loss of stock. Also daily updates like I used to do so the work doesn't pile up so much.

I realize that by posting this I may lose some of you, or deter some customers from wanting to take part in this, but I need to get this off my chest and let you know just where I'm coming from. Before Anti-Dark I am a TW member just like any of you. Anti-Dark is not even an official company yet but I am in the works of making it one. I really can't believe it but I am actually trying to make this a legal/official company. It's all because of this site, these members, the happiness and rapid success of this whole thing, it's all absolutely so inspiring for me that I want to to take a plunge at it, even if I fail.
If you've read all this, thank you. Soon it will fall behind the pages, and new subscribers probably won't know just what this is all about, but that's okay.

    Status update:
    * Replying to PM's
    * BASIC Kits awaiting shipment (will be dropped off tomorrow)
    1) David Power
    2) Jonathon Armstrong
    * All PRO Kit payments shipped except:
    1) Brian Bailey (will ship tomorrow)
    2) Jordan Mellecker (will ship tomorrow pending email with address info)

    Thank you all very much,

    Brad

Well said Brad well said! I read post after post about the quality and workmanship that goes into them and to me it's quality before quantity so I don't mind waiting.

These ain't cheap Chinese ebay crap that you get for 9.99.

You would be pretty well off if we can get one of these kits on every Tacoma made but you might wanna think about hiring some people. :p

LOL I (we) would love that!...and thank you. Hiring people means I need have to have the legal aspects taken care of, then workers comp, etc. It gets tricky, and unfortunately to pay for all that im going to need to sell like hundreds of these a month.

Well folks I have responded to a bunch of PM's and really put a huge dent into the AD work I needed to get done. I am now officially exhausted so I'll see you guys in the morning!

An update on my part as well.

Brad PM'ed me and updated me with the same information he posted above and also stating that my kit had shipped out this past Tuesday.

The post I had made previously would not have been made had I already known this. For whatever reason I was never sent a tracking number either by Brad or Paypal so I was still in limbo at the time as to what actually was going on.

I just went through an ordeal with some custom headlights, those who have ordered some know the pricing involved, and my patience was already running thin.

I never once questioned the product or those that put their name behind the product. The length, longevity and overall satisfaction voiced in this thread is what made me a buyer from the start. Communication was lacking to set minds at ease, we all have our personal lives and that sometimes affects other components that were never intended.

That being said, I received my kit today and have no apprehensions on keeping it. The quality and craftsmanship are top notch and should they delve into other lighting applications that suit my needs they can rest assured they have not lost a customer.

I have apologized to Brad and Shane within my previous frustrated posts and will once again ask them to understand where my agitation came from. Was never about the product or who stands behind it, only the lack of communication this go around.

For anyone that has read my previous posts and felt reluctant to order, I say buy with confidence and know you will get your product of the quality you set out to buy. This was just a hitch in the step not wandering off the trail.

Looking forward to installing them, swore I had some brake clean left but can't find it anywhere.
