Painting Rims?

    Donahoe coil overs (set at 1") ,Camberg spindles, Camberg UCA, OME Dakar leaf pack, Bilstein 5100.
    i want to have black rims but dont have the money to buy new ones. should i spray paint my mickey Thompson classic lock? i would just do the center and leave the bead lock chrome. What do u guys think?

    Personally, I would paint the centers with a crinkle finish or bed liner paint and leave the outer ring, scratch friendly aluminum.

    If black rims are your thing, i would be patient and put money aside until you have enough for them.

    All of the 'homemade' rims look crappy and basically ruin ('de-value' if you will) the origional rims, making it a lot tougher to re-coup some of your money spent on the replacements.

    I think those would be pretty sweet if you powder coated them but you should leave the bead lock chrome in my opinion
