    Hello all,

So....i cant help but want to build my tacoma (sr5, double cab long box) like my old 80 diesel!! It had front n rear lockers, solid axle, 1hdt engine, sliders, skids, winch, etc...i regretfully sold it so i could climb into a shiny new 2014 tacoma that was safer on the road for the family and had all the creature comforts (AC, working stereo system, etc). At any rate im learning about the suspension and if id like 3 or more inch lift... (what a huge debate!!) On the 80 it was simple to lift...now with IFS its crazy! Anyhow im thinking 3 inches OME, front and rear lockers (a must must have lol), and go with the 35's and regeared to take them. Front and rear armour...diff breather mod and other minor things. Anyhow thats where im at and im sure ill be lurking until i post a few mods or build pics. My old 80 pic attached....best offroad rig ive ever had :(
