I have a 04 DC and I am wanting to remove the infuriating spacer lift from it and replace it with a all around new suspension lift. New coilovers, shocks, leafs, shackles so on so forth. However I want to get rid of the "bro" lean in the front end and have it sit level. I am looking at getting a 3" lift. Do I need spacers up front to achieve the full 3" of lift and have it sit level? Any input is appreciated. Would anyone be able to recommend a full kit and where to purchase?

    Thanks,
    Sully

I do have 4x4. Sounds like you need a diff drop to maintain the lift you had.

Didn't help. Its laying in the garage floor. Just read where some trucks are different than others. Guess I could look into high angle boots but its been 3 years and no tear so I will leave it be

Track is a 04 Double Cab 4x4 TRD with the 3.4L. I want a level sitting truck at 3" of lift. I am hoping to spend $1000 (under would be nice) and have a good ride (better than the spacer lift would be fantastic).

sounds like the toytec kit fits right in your budget.

So far south in Texas my feet are in salt water
    Vehicle:
    04 4X4 Tacoma SR5
3 in Ultimate ToyTec, set @ 2.5 in. AAL PINCH Weld Mod ( beat the pinch weld over inside the fender) Painted the pinch weld on bottom of cab Black Hi Lift Knock off
X2 on lifting 3in a 4X4 , then lowering the front 1in to save the boots and I have the diff drop(ToyTech). This made the rear stick up higher than the front. I drove it for 3 or 4 years like that until I removed the Add a Leaf on the rear. Now the front is 1/2 inch higher than the back but I like it like that. I would do it again with ToyTech but would have lifted 2 in with stock boots. But I understand the need to go up 3in and just deal with the boots if you need to.
