What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I keep seeing people saying there getting new windsheilds. And my 2 month old truck already has 2 chips in the windsheild.

 

Yeah.... You guys have had it rough. We have a sever thunderstorm right now over our house which in the 10 years I've lived here is unheard of this time of year. Something is going on...

 

My windshield has been replaced but that's because a rock hit it and put a chip in it and it cracked. Not sure if strength of windshield has anything to do with it. But possible!

 

Nice. Did not know Plano made cases that slim. Truck looks good.

I have original glass, 6.5 years old. Only one small chip. Mostly street driving though.

Holy shit! There is a castle across the street! Nice truck too!

 

I put in new heavy duty JBA UCA's today. Beefy!

I like. Digging the colormatch. Not sure if it bothers you, but its only a bolt or two and those little rectangle box things slide out. Didnt like to way they stuck out with my pelfrey and i dont think they are too necessary. Just my .02

 

Same here. Had the truck less then a week and it got a chip. Maybe just luck of the draw (I drive a lot for work) but it just pissed me off. At least it was the windshield and not the paint at least.

 

Magnaflow 12646 with Vibrant resonator. Kinda louder than I'd like it to be.

Had to remove the front mud flaps cause they were rubbing slightly. Other than that the sutup is perfect. Rides smooth and solid. No vibrations whatsoever. Seriously stoaked. Now to get the ubolt flip kit, rear air locker and onboard air. And then it's armor time. The list goes on.

I must say, Im super happy with the way the truck is turning out.

out to much by its color, might just paint this black not sure, but I really like how it
fills in and protects the area but I am always staring at it myself wondering

My 3rd day of ownership i was driving up 77 near rock hill and a tralier being pulled by a pickuptruck went towards innerstate wall and threw up so much of the tiny rocks and sand i was wondering if it was gunna be sand blasted up front. Lol i was screaming plenty of words

 

The Tacoma is my 8th vehicle. It's the only one that's had a chip in the windshield. I actually have 2 chips in it. The first one almost wasn't repairable.

 

How do you like them 275s? KO2 in 275s will be my next set in a month or so
