is this brushguard worth $175

The seller is local, says it is a westin brushguard and wants $175 obo

 

It sells for as much as $500 when new (e.g. http://www.autoanything.com/grille-guards/westin-sportsman-1-piece-grille-guard). If you like it for appearances, by all means check it out. Keep in mind brush guards do more harm than good if you hit anything more substantial than brush.

 

It is only worth as much as someone wants to pay.

They don`t call them damage multipliers for no reason.

Save your money towards a good bumper.

Thanks for the info, i had never heard of them causing more damage, did some research with that information, and found all kinds of horrible things about them. Will defiantly be avoiding that addition to the truck
