    '99 Tacoma SR5 xtd cab
    [Purchased 7-2-15]I think much wider tires. & No others am aware.
    It came off because the shop didn't put the nut back on the pulley. I don't know how to get it back on. V6. 99 sr5

    Call the shop. Tell them what you discovered and have them tow it back so they can complete their job . It's not your problem.
