Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
I'd like to tackle the Rubicon this year if possible. I hit up Moab for the first time at RT'15, and I figure it would be bonus points for hitting the CON for the first time in the same year.

    So a couple questions:

Any possibility a first-timer can handle it solo?

And if not, anyone up for showing my family a good time in August before the 21st?

Bonus question: Should I be giving up my thoughts about running it backwards, starting from Lake Tahoe?

I understand @jberry813 is the resident expert...?...

My experience and rig and spares are enough that I am, in fact, considering doing it solo, if that helps answer some of your first questions.
I'm not locked, but I do have a rear LSD. Outside of that, a pic might be worth my next thousand words (door has since been replaced):20150530_133217.jpg

For what it's worth, I'm coming from SoCal via the 395. Because it's not the 5.

On a weekend, you'll never be alone for long on the Rubicon. :D Lots of rigs going thru, and it gets more crowded every year. Expect some more dents, with that long wheel base.
