Moan sound on decel when A/C running

Has anyone noticed this sound? The only time I can replicate it is:

1. AC is on, fan on low setting so you don't drown out the noise
2. Driving at 45-50 MPH
3. Begin braking and reduce speed

I'll hear a "moan" type of noise from the passenger front side of the vehicle. It's almost a sound like when someone makes a 'sigh' type of noise.

I almost wonder if it only happens on the TRD OR since the braking system on these trucks is slightly different.
