Fuel Tank Strap Help

So my 96 is missing front strap. I bought another one. I know that it mounts to crossmember with cotter pin but wondering where it mounts on frame. Does anyone have a picture of the front strap mount to the frame? is it underneath the crossmember? So much rust around crossmember to frame connection that I just can't tell. Any mount diagram would greatly be appreciated!!!

From what I can gather, it looks like the front strap mounts or attaches to the crossmember? Can't find any details online, diagrams or photos....
