That's a good deal. Do you still need to buy the cradle separately for people with a lift?

without a lift I don't believe you need a cradle. Although I don't have airbags yet so someone else is probably better to confirm that.

They greatly diminish the chance of bag damage. Without them, when your truck is serviced and the axles allowed to droop too far, the bag can get damaged by stretching. The cradles mount to the bottom of the bag and allow the bag to essentially float, and therefore will never stretch.

I would personally get them for insurance purposes if nothing else.

They don't mount to the cradle, it eliminates the need for fixed anchor point!

not true, air bags allow you to level the truck loaded or unloaded, the cradles allow more versatility, by eliminating the lower attachment point.
This also helps when your truck goes on a lift, allows axle to hang without damaging the bags!

So it probably be better for me to order a set of those and use them instead of mounting it to the leaf springs. Eventually I may put a lift on it so I'll need them eventually. I guess those cradles will work with those Firestone bags i ordered?

Yes, the cradles also are a good idea for offroading, avoids damaging the bags!

I'm assuming u take the plastic cradle and use the center bolt and bolt it to the bottom mount which is attached to the leaf spring and then the air bag is free to sit on the cradle and if you fully extend the suspension while the truck is in the air the airbag will float with the frame and not be attached to the cradle?
