What would your crossfit buddies think about you if they knew you don't do paleo

 

I've no idea what they're hooked on now. Bullet coffee and killcliff, I think. Too much emphasis on the supplements, or paying 3x for something. I'll just stick with my protein powder and real foods. I love to eat. Luckily, I love to cook as well.

Unfortunately, it's the beer that's been killing me.

Welp, the manufacturer forgot to put my company name on the tags, so they're redoing them.

The slings are actually a bit smaller than the yellow ones, since we can get away with a slightly lower capacity. The working load limit, for a basketed sling, is just over 10,000lbs. That's plenty considering the safety factor on the slings is 5!!!

I'll let everyone know when they're done reworking the tags. Oh, and the tags are easily removed if you want to make the sling less bulky.
