I'll have to double-check with the vendor and perhaps ask ARB themselves. Personally, I don't mind the thicker design (especially if that might mean a larger air intake), I just want the snorkel already. I've been asking around at different vendors for it since it made its debut at SEMA this year.

I just asked my buddy Mike from ARB. He told me that they are going into production, its confirmed...!!! But that he hasn't received the final dealer release dates. I'll keep us posted on this the best I can.

The only thing I've noticed with my Airflow is that the air filter does stay incredibly clean.

I'd like to know, also. I sent ARB an email asking about this. Will post here if I get a reply from them.

I didn't ask him about the actual size. "That's what she said..!!" HAHAHAHA..!!

I would say its still the larger body unit, like the one on the SEMA truck. Like I mentioned above, it's hard to believe that Safari would re-size the snorkel this late in the game. Also, as mentioned before this is the new series of high flow body snorkels. Will continue to wait.....

    Wrecked!
I'm glad they sized it for the 4.0 as the ones that others have been using were sized for the 3.4 first gens. One of the reasons I haven't done this mod yet.

Just got a new ORA from 4Wheel Parts and found the attached advertisement in it...ARB showing a Taco with the new Safari Snorkel on it. I assume that means it's coming soon!
