Hello! This is my first time here, glad to meet you guys! I have gone from Mustang Gt's to Tacoma trucks! Guess its time for a change. My first task is how to make this thing handle. I drove to San Diego and felt like it wanted to roll over on the mountain curves.. I was only going 65! Whats my first course here? Different shocks or springs.. I have a 2015 Tacoma Quad lifted 2 inches with Nitto Terra Grabbers 285-70-17's. Feels like the rear end wants to come around on me as I steer through the mountains.

What kind of 2 inch lift do you have?

I have a Rough Country 3" suspension lift, but it's really 2" I'm wondering if my psi is to low. I'm at 40 they are rated at 80.

Shit your tire pressure is way to high! Id keep it at 35psi.

Part of the reason is you got a rough country lift (aka junk country). Not a fault on you but the more you pay the better the ride and handling. That's why kings, fox, and icons are so expensive but so worth it

PSI is fine. 80 PSI will break your bones. Lift is possibly the issue, and like your VSC needs calibrated to compensate for the lift. Or you have too much tire for the truck. Or still, a combo.

OK, well that's good to know at least it's not my tires! I can get rid of the suspension and get a better one I really didn't know but thank you very much! I'll get it swapped out:)

Guessing your tires are E rated? They aren't helping.

Get some icons, Kings or fox's. They'll ride the best

Depends what you do. Mainly street or off road?

Unless you need extra strength is get C rated if you're able to. E is way overkill unless you're tearing up rocks on weekends on a trail somewhere or carrying tons of weight regularly.

The majority of my driving is street and freeway but I do go off road occasionally on the weekends. When I go off road it's in the desert and there's a lot of rocks and sand.

Am I going to get a more stable ride out of a set of BF Goodrich all-terrain's ?

Up to you then. IMO E is overkill 75% of the time. I used to wheel in rock with jagged edges and tree roots trying to wreck my tires and had Es, but that was a dedicated off-road vehicle.

They're stiff and not suited for road handling. C or D would be good options but I don't know your terrain or ride quality/road handling needs.

More to do with tire load ratings than tire brand.
Any E rated tire will be super stiff and heavy, that is their design.
