3 inch lift hid headlights led marker lights and trd wheels

I recently put led turn signals in my 2013 Tacoma and it blew my marker lights and also my daytime running lights but my turn signals worked and it also the a check engine light and I had it checked and it threw the code p2118

i honestly think you have a bigger issue on your hands... pretty much the only thing in common with those is the body control module(BCM). The P code, i have no clue.
