Dealer drilled front bumper tag holes......how do you repair them?

    Billstein 5100s set at 2.5 in the front,2in AAL in the rear with 5100s
    I made the dealer replace my bumper cover. Only reason I did so, was because I specifically told them not to drill holes in the bumper. I told them I would be making a bracket. They failed to let the lot boy know not to mount the dealer plate frame.

    ordered my truck tonight.... specifically made a point to tell them not to drill holes in the front bumper.... we shall see how this goes
