I have a early 1st gen Taco. I would love to fill in the square cut out on the armrest with the powered mirror controls. Has anyone done this? Other than the mirrors themselves, what else is needed?

Anyone have a link to a DIY for this? I have not found one.

I've done this. It is pretty simple and just involves running the wiring. I believe I got power from my window switch, but you could run a separate circuit if you wanted.
