99 Toyota Tacoma auto trans won't shift right

    99 Toyota Tacoma prerunner auto trans does not want to shift down and shifts up too soon almost every time I Drive it now also fuses for water squirter I disconnected the water squirter and it disconnected my airbags nail windshield wipers want to just cut on so I disconnect fuse to stop them help texting would be better 843 4:06 3144
