YOU WILL BE MISSED Satoshi Grill, FX-R retros, husky liners, bed bolt d-rings, TRD short throw shifter, 2.5 Fox Coil overs, AP UCA's, AP Expo rear leaf with Fox 2.0 shocks, Extended SS brake lines, AP kick-out sliders, 265/75/16 on Konig Countersteers, AllPro Apex front bumper and Zip Ties.
    Preparation
The bumper is completely disassembled and only the metal pieces are cleaned, then sanded with 80 grit. Technically a blaster is the proper way to profile but I don’t have that kind of time and this is a stock bumper so….

The sanded pieces are primed (after a solvent wipe down:D) using a simple 4” chip brush with a 2 component urethane primer which dries in about 30 min. It’s the pinkish hue in the next two shots.

Here is a close up of the top corner; I left the plastic endcaps off since they don’t serve much purpose besides aesthetics. Plus I trashed them taking it off the bumper.

Close up of the hitch portion of the bumper; again, I left off the plastic because its useless and it hides all my hard work!

Corner shot from a distance; I just finished installing the plate lights and fitting the plastic step top. There are clearance issues with any clips or attachments which makes reassembly a little tricky.

Here is a close up of the assembled main brace which is really the heart of the bumper. This piece as well as the side braces were prepped and sprayed separately to insure proper coverage.

Now I happen to have a Rhino guy so I can't say what retail would be but if someone brought me the 4 main pieces clean and profiled then it really shouldn't' be more than two bills to get some coating sprayed on.

I am going to be using an automotive grade topcoat to match the OEM superwhite color. Next are the rockers and front bumper, I'll photo them when I get to it.

Here is the black finished product mounted. Note that the end top caps are not installed. next is the paint.....

Am I misunderstood or did you say your going to paint super white on the rhino liner? Cause rhino can color match.
