Supercharger, nitrous, 35" tires, 25" tires, big armor, winch, lose all bumpers and armor for weight savings, at least 1000w of amplifier for the sound system, dvd player, led lighting, hid lighting, gps receiver, leave the stereo alone, full open exhaust, quieter than stock exhaust, bed liner, bed removal, flat bed, full truggy, bucket seats, bench seat, SAS, 4wd, suspension upgrade...

all recommended mods depending on what you actually want.

Going mudding in a 2wd though, I'd start by investing in a recovery strap.

Yep same others have said.. proper lift. Tires... Stereo w/sub. I wanna do dual 12 shallow mounts in the tool cubbies mod. Currently have one in a box and it takes up way too much room...

CAI maybe, depending on your thoughts and feelings of the worth. I personally like it and would do it again. But if on a budget, maybe look into the deck plate mod instead..

maybe exhaust to go along with intake. If on a budget do a muffler swap. Or if you suspect that your cat's may need replacing before too long, look into a full exhaust system. I got a whole custom exhaust from y pipe back. Freaking expensive at about $900 total but at a really awesome shop with a mandrel bender, and because my cats were going bad. But it's the best sounding system I've ever heard on a yota, IMO of course;) high flow mag cat, vibrant ultra quiet resonator (or w/o if you want it crazy loud), borla pro xs muffler, exited out the bed side. But I didn't really notice much power gains. A little. So it's cost versus aesthetics and quality for that. Not cost versus performance.. I love it and would do it again in a heartbeat tho..

If you get into a nice stereo and crazy lighting , big 3 upgrade with h/o alternator..
Speaking of lighting, can't go wrong with lots of led bars/aux lights;)

I'm sure I could think of more but that's all the ones off the top of my head that I've personally done..
