I havent been keeping up with the outdoors as much as I want too. With so many injuries I pretty much stopped watching the series. I still have them on my DVR so I'll watch them from time to time. I've always been more of a SX fan then the outdoors but dont get me wrong.....I think it takes more skills riding on those outdoors tracks.

Not sure if MavTV still airs the 1st motos but you can watch the 2nd motos on CBSSports which is channel 159 on DISH network.

he did it at the right time i think. he's probably realizing he can make more at autograph signings throughout the year and never get injured besides a cramp in his right hand. :D plus it was obvious he dominated the series so it's nice to see new names on the box.

I understand what your saying. I think it would have been nice to see him race a few more years in the states but your right....he dominated the 450 class for years now both in SX and the outdoors so I can see why he went overseas to race. I have a feeling he might make a comeback though in a few years and possibly start racing again.

yea i could possibly see a come back in 2 or so years if he misses it so much. As for now i bet he's loving the time off.

edit: or what i could see him doing is taking a few years off to train for GPs (go across seas and train over there more than a few months) and try to take the series in a few years. but who know haha all just speculation.

Hey guys, been gone all summer on the road, worked for Lucas Oil Pro Motocross. Didn't have time to get on TW all summer, and missed it! It was a lot of fun to see all the tracks and work with 15 other guys as track crew setting up every race. Our responsibilities were all the tents(media, mechanics, vip fly zone, industry and will call), the podium, all the arches, 120 banners and all the repeater advertising. Lota work, 14 hour days, but fun. My favorite tracks were Red Bud, Washougal and Indiana. Tomorrow is USGP at Glen Helen, should be exciting. Then Red Bull straight rhythm should be cool too and then MEC! I hope Millsaps does well at MEC, like last year. But yeah I'm a Canard fan all the way too. Good to be back, hope everyones doing great. braaap!

Thats sweet you got to travel with them all year and I'm sure you had some long days and most people dont know about how much production actually happens for events like that. They just come to watch the race and then leave so they dont know about all the logistics behind it. Yup I'm def rooting for Canard all the way!!

Well DC is Racer X and MX Sports. He hires the company i worked for. I got the job from Racerx's website. I talked/worked a lil with Davey at most all the races, nice guy. So yeah i guess technicaly i did work for him, but i had another boss and got paid thru another company. It was just a summer job so now I'm looking for a new gig. I think i might go to RedBull straight rhythm on oct 10th, its close to my house and i wanna see bubba ! Anybody else going??!!

Just got my '07 KTM back from the shop yesterday, she needed fork work and valves adjusted n she purrs now. Went for a birthday ride today all smiles!
