What kind of rims are these and what's the lift?

Hey guys, I might be buying a 97' Tacoma regular cab 4x4 today. I've been looking at pictures on the internet and I can across a set of rims that I love. Does anyone know what kind of rims these are?! Also, I love the lift on this truck. I don't want something that is too big, and in my opinion this is the perfect size lift...any ideas by looking at the pic what size lift it could be? Thanks guys!

 

Those look like Centerline Racing wheels. Can't help with the lift.

That looks like an OME 3inch lift. I see yellow shock in the rears

You guys rock! Those are definitely the rims...I'm going to look at the truck tonight at 7pm. It looks just like the one in the picture minus the toolbox, wheels, and lift. Only 98k miles on it too!
