    You could go to your doc and get a stool sample kit and look for bacteria and such you may have. Or get some antibiotics and flagyl and see if that will clear it up.

    Most times vomiting and diarrhea spells are food poisoning, not viruses. Viruses are less common and usuay more serious. I would check all major brands of food you eat for recalls and trash anything old or that is tied to you getting sick both times.

    Ice cream
