    1. I have a 04 ext cab and the 4wd has stopped working. I replaced the front axle center actuator a few years ago, less than 10k miles and no 4wd again. I recall reading a thread once before that had a step by step recommendation for troubleshooting the 2 wire switch on transfer case seems to be ok.
