Specific configuration available?

Hi All,
First post here...
I'm the owner of a 2002 xtra cab 4wd with a rare 4 cylinder and manual transmission combo. It was hard to find, but I wanted it since I figure 90% of my miles are highway and I wanted good mpg.

However, I have a new addition to the family and am thinking the xtra cab is not big enough to fit a car/child seat into and am looking to get into an access/double cab to take care of that problem.

Does anyone know if there's a configuration for a 2001-4 access/double cab 4wd, v6 with a manual transmission? Looking at autotrader and other used cars sites, I can only find these trucks with an automatic, which would be a shame.

Xtra cab 2.7 manual isnt really that rare....

access cab (2nd gen name) = xtra cab (1st gen name)

And as far as I know they never made manual double cab 1st gens, nor 2.7 double cabs. Only V6 automatics
