when swapping to the urd 2.85 pulley, does removing stock 3.00 pulley damage it or is stock still usable. Just curious if there is issues with truck if 3.00 can be reinstalled once removed.

I was able to reuse mine after I was shipped out a bunk 2.8 pulley. Went back to stock and slipped right on like a glove.

Tou just have to be gentle to it when removing it to avoid damage to it is all.

If you're careful with it, and have a quality puller, it can be reinstalled no problem. I reinstalled mine when I sold my other Tacoma

you just use a universal sc pulley puller.

Another question did the 2.85 really make a difference you could feel?

I don't remember what puller I have. I'd go look, but I'm 7,000 miles from home right now lol. Yea the 2.8 pulley made a decent difference. About 1-1.5lbs of boost more
