Just got an Ironman 2.5" lift yesterday. I'm currently running 265/70/16 on my stock rims (2003 Double Cab Limited TRD Off Road 4x4 w/ diff locker). I'd like a little extra clearance via the tires. I'm going for All Terrains. I'm thinking of the LC 80 alloys, as they are inexpensive here in Cambodia second hand and easy to acquire. I believe they have 4.5" backspacing, but not sure about the offset. I've never switched rims on the truck before so I'm new to this. Several local people said this is my best bet, but I wanted to check to see if this would not just fit, but be something that works with the truck well long term.

I'd rather bump down tire width than have to modify things for them to fit.

Terrain here is wild and varied.

I'm open to tire size and wheel suggestions. But my options are somewhat limited here. Lots of Toyotas used parts, Land Cruisers, 4 Runners, and all years of Tacomas.

    Thanks for the help!

Yes. It measures 23" from road to fender flare with the current tires

Should have clarified, it's springs and shocks all around, with a block lift in the back.

A local guy imported them from Thailand. I got the Foam Cells. Not 100% sure what the springs are labeled as, they were yellow and fit great!

I still have a pretty big language barrier here, and they definitely have a special flare in the automotive realm. This is the only brand that you can get relatively easy though, everything else is way more expensive to import. I'm going to have to order some parts from the U.S. soon, and the shipping is going to be around $100. Shouldn't have to pay import taxes though hopefully.

How tight is it? Think squeezing up to a 285 would work?

It is a tight fit. I think you would you would need a little more clearance for the 285 not to rub some.

Gotcha. I've got the height, just concerned about rubbing the frame or UCA.

Shouldn't have problem with LC rims. I'll take a couple pics when I get to my truck.
