Attempting to fix my rear led pods and I must have done something. At first it wouldn't turn over, now it doesn't make an attempt to turnover at all. I'm charging the the battery attempting to jump it but something tells me it's not the battery. The area I was working in happened to be the wires to the left of the dead pedal.

I was removing a tap from the red/white color combo.

I also notice that the brake pedal is almost stiff like it doesn't want to budge.

All my lights and dash illuminate, but when I turn the key to start the ignition, nothing. It almost thinks it's still in reverse possibly and won't start? Or that the brake is being applied full time. Brake pedal definitely is not in its normal operating position and almost pressed to the floor and won't go back.

Breaking news I noticed that the 30 amp am2 was blown which I searched is the ignition switch. I swapped the 30 amp fuse from the abs unit and at least the truck makes an attempt to start but will not. I'm guessing because removed the abs fuse. Stealership is closed until tomorrow, guess I'm out of luck for the evening.

Would removing the abs fuse prevent the truck from starting?

If you are blowing a fuse...there's a reason for that...just replacing the fuse won't fix the problem...seems like you created a short unintentionally while doing your electrical magic with the LED pods. I would go back and double check your wiring to see if you connected something mistake that have caused the fuse to blow.

Which fuse specifically is the fuel pump? I checked my owners manual which pointed me to the relay, it looked fine.

I checked all the fuses inside the engineer compartment and replaced the am2 fuse. It's not blowing but the truck still won't turn over.

I checked the relay. All looked well. Is there a way to test if the relay was bad?
