    Both. Work and personal phones.

Don't really have an opinion of either. Used to, but it's apples to oranges trying to compare them.

The first Motorola droid was the beast. It had the slide out keyboard. I got pissed and threw it really hard in my car. It hit the dashboard, bounced up and hit my windshield which immediately cracked. Phone was fine.

Actually no, my laptop. I've gotten rid of my 4S now, no more Apple in my sight ever again.

I lost respect four all isheep when people told me that the only reason they like iPhone is because Kim Kardashian and other celebrities use them.

These are the same people that think Beats audio and Bose are the best when it comes headphones and home audio.

The only issue I have with the initial rant, is it was just a rant, didn't really highlight WHY one doesn't like Apple.

I've had no problems with Apple products since I've been purchasing them pretty much exclusively for 5 years (if Apple makes a version of something I buy Apple). Both iPhones have been fine and have lasted me without anything breaking or cracking (big tip, get a case). I've had two Macs and they both have worked wonderfully with no problems for the two years I've owned them each. My husband's new Mac does great for all his music producing needs, and he fought me on getting a Mac for quite a while but is very pleased. Not a problem with the 3 comps. We've wasted over $3,500 on 3 PCs over a shorter length of time. Our PCs ALWAYS had problems. My iPods have had a few hiccups here and there but hey, those were the original MP3's and I had warranties that covered full replacement. Both iPads are great as well. I got mine for Christmas last year and apparently I dropped it at some point and it smashed in a corner but there was no damage to the screen. So a total positive in my mind. My Apple TV has outlasted 3 BluRay players (talk about utter pieces of crap. When the next one goes I'm getting a PS4).

My first Mac was stolen last year. I went to the Apple store and told them what happened. I asked if they could extend their 14 day return policy to 30 days just in case the stolen item was recovered. The manager worked with me and granted me the extension in writing.
The North Face is the only other company that has given me this level of customer service.

    This VV

Just went through this with my Galaxy 5s, I allowed the "Lollypop" update, turned my phone to shit!
I bitched at Verizon, phone was replaced, the problem is the Lollypop "update" is constantly popping up on the replacement phone!
I don't want the update, but they don't offer an opt out, so I'm stuck with this update popup that won't go away!
Fuck Verizon, and Galaxy, and I-phone too!
