    Thought I would give a quick plug for KB VooDoo and his bed rack system. Just installed it today and it is a very well thought out design and looks damn good.
    Now just waiting on my Yakima Load Warrior to get here to put on top of it.

    Not really sure on the weight honestly. The weak link will be the cleats themselves for sure. There is another member on the site that has the same set up as mine and he has a full size mud tire and wheel in his basket. I slightly reinforced mine with some old Yakima crossbars that the coating was coming off of. I painted them red and they are held in place with the basket anchor points. Keeps the basket from bouncing around with the flex of the rack.

    All that said, I "personally" wouldn't put more than 100lbs just because of the cleats though I believe they are rated higher.

    It's been a few years. Are you still running the set up with the cargo rack? If so, how has the cross bars been holding up?
