If I add a 10" Rigid Light bar do I need an additional fuse box. I may add another light bar later on between 20" and 30" depending on placement.

Do you need them? No. The rigid lightbars should come with a wiring harness so you can just use that.

However once you start adding more and more than a fuse block is a good addition. Cleans up the wiring a lot. Start adding lots of stuff and you won't be able to attach it to the battery lol

I don't off road with my truck. However I do hunt so the additional light a few extra lights would be helpful. I think the 2 front light bars and either a back-up or bed light.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
If you're planning on adding more than 3 things that'll require power (lights, additional in cab power, etc) then you may want to consider adding one.

But that's my opinion, and I prefer a tidy engine bay.
