I hate paying the price for these low profile junk tires, has anyone ever do a swap and went to a 15" wheel and a taller profile tire??

and will a 15" wheel fit over the disc. brakes in the front?
what is the back space on a stock wheel? are the stock wheels 8"?

The hub is the same size as the 5 lug, and they come with 15s. If you around here, I would make a deal for my stock wheels.

Isn't a 15 too small to clear the calipers?

wish i lived closer. Im in NM
I just got a price on tires and im sick of paying over 100 bucks for tires,
when i can get 15's a lot cheaper, but I want to keep the same ride height.

Do you have the single piston calipers or the trd 4 piston calipers? Another option you could look at is take off from a highlander or rav4.

That is what I was thinking also, that maybe the caliper was to big for a 15" wheel
I guess i could pull off the wheel and measure from hub to the outer part of the caliper.

With stock single piston, 15s should fit. Check the size of your spare tire.
