Good afternoon. Has anyone been to Faucherie Lake? Do they have a day use area? How is it? Looking to go check it out soon, take the kayaks, and do some hiking.

I heard the last 5 miles of road is fun as well.

    Thanks.

I checked it out maybe 15 years ago. Pretty lake in the forest. I don't recall if there were any formal campgrounds or picnic areas. Easy dirt forest road as I recall. Nice area with lots of lakes nearby, including Bowman.

Dirt road is fine, not hard. Lake is a very nice paddle.

It's pretty. You should go check it out. I went mid-week and had the place to myself, so I can't really speak to how crowded it might get on weekends.
