2002 3.4l prerunner in need of help

ok guys & gals over the last 2 month this is what I've done to it.
New radiator $180
New water temp sensor & sender $80
replaced clutch fan motor & assembly bracket (cause of busted stud) $180 {use but in good shape}
new thermostat $30
swapped the tranny (Used but in good shape) $900
changed the MAF sensor $200[tried a new one and now used but in good shape Toyota one]
new o2 sensor $100

Now for the story. I'll try to make it short and answer questions to help understand.
took truck to Toyota for check up paid $150
1. Was told swap tranny solenoid was sticking and I need to replace it complete (reason my RPM would jump way high and truck would not advance had to release gas & hit it again sometimes that didn't do the trip)

2. need t swap the clutch fan motor cause some how it was going out or not spinning enough to keep engine cool ( temp gauge would dance up & down & some how played a game with the RPM's)

3. truck would jerk from time to time @ cold start I had to gas it to warm it up in order to get it going...

As of today the temp gauge no longer dance but climes to hot before the water sensor & sender it would show above hot on gave & car would stall and die out.. I ran it a bit and it just shows hot on the gauge I cant figure it out and need help I'm taped out of funds & ready to give up... Ive been gone for a while & don't recall how to up load vid but I have one of when it was acting all up...
